I’ve written four books, all published by Laurence King, Bar & Club Design (2002), Restaurant Design (2004), New Bar & Club Design (2005) and New Restaurant Design (2008). They’ve also been published in Spain, Germany, USA, Italy, China and France.

My favourite cover by far though is this one. Thousands of matchboxes were produced for the book launch at Dick’s Bar at the Atlantic Bar & Grill, I think there may still be a few somewhere knocking about.
